This model uses a high quality Generation 2+ image tube, but the Trident is available with a variety of image intensifier tubes. You're sure to find a model that will fit your needs, and your budget. High-end Military Grade Optics provide excellent clarity in any environment. The illuminated red-on-green reticle is brightness-adjustable at the push of a button, and features 1/2 MOA windage and elevation adjustments. The controls on the MK-Trident are simple and few, for intuitive, reliable use. Automatic brightness control monitors the image tube to ensure years of worry-free use. All external surfaces wear a matte-black finish to eliminate reflections. Flip up iron sights let you shoot in daylight, and an attached Picatinny rail lets you quickly attach ATN's 450 mW Long Range IR illuminator, and other night vision accessories. Even better, this scope is waterproof to a depth of 60ft. The WP-17 MK-Trident mounts to a standard weaver rail, and an optional a-focal lens quickly attaches to raise the magnification to 5x when its advantageous.
